Nathan Saint's son, one of the missionaries whom was killed by the Mihamodani tribe, asked his dad if they will shoot the Mihamodani's in self defense. He answered: No son, they are not ready for heaven but we are.
Hi everyone,

We had a great time in Hermanus and left on Thursday to Bonnievale to go and minister there. We had a very scary and close encounter with death as we were still driving and pulling our trailer (our home) and the next moment our right front wheel broke off. We were busy overtaking and were driving about 100 to 110 km p/hour. As the right front wheel broke off, the disk hit the ground and crashed through the tarmac and left a deep grove in the road for about 30 meters. Thank God we did not role the car or hit any traffic. The wheel disappeared between the bushes and it took us quite a long time to locate it. When we expected the damage we realized that all the studs that were holding the wheel physically broke off and that the disc was grinded away and that it was nearly half the usual size.

There we were stranded in the middle of nowhere and there was no way of doing anything from our side to try to fix it. We prayed Ps 50:15 as usual and the Lord sent a person to us. As soon as he stopped he jumped on the phone and arranged 2 personnel from Toyota in Robertson to come and help us. They drove all the way to help although we were MUCH closer to Worcester, but found that they had to return to Robertson to fix the disc there and then to return. We were waiting on the wrong side of the road for a couple of hours in the freezing cold before they returned. We didn't want to stay in the car as we were waiting, for the car was in a very bad spot and it was dark already. These 2 "angels", Andre and Juan, quickly finished and nearly 4 hours after the incident we were driving very slowly to our destination. We managed to share with them stories about the realness of Christ while they were fixing the wheel....

We had to return to Toyota the next morning because there was still a lot of damage, new and old, to be repaired. They had to replace the whole disk and they have also found loads of problems that would have caused another accident eventually. We knew about these problems because the car took a lot of hammering during the time in Africa and we were standing in faith for a long time because we never had the money to repair the vehicle. The people from Toyota told us that we would be killed if we continued driving like this and they will have to repair everything that is life-threatening and then they surprised us by telling us that 'somebody' said that he will pay for everything. We didn't know anybody there but He did. They then gave us a vehicle to use while fixing our vehicle. Suddenly other people and businesses came in and replaced our air-con motor that was broken for a while, Toyota shared in the giving and fixing and Johan from Moreson. Praise the Lord, for He is good and His mercies endure forever. He is so faithful and SO REAL. There are still many, many things wrong with the vehicle, the body is full of rust and needs a lot of panel-beating because of the donkey that we have run into and killed in Ethiopia, there is a funny sound in the engine but that is luckily not life-threatening.

The most important thing though is that we had the opportunity to preach in an interdenominational church and then we had the awesome privilege to lead one of the men that came to help us after the accident to the Lord and to edify and challenge everyone. The other person, who came to us after the accident, gave his testimony to us by telling us that he was backslidden and has now rededicated his life to the Lord. We saw all this as a Devine appointment. So many times we had to go through difficult circumstances, like this, to lead someone to Christ. We are not to see the frustration and murmur but rather when things go wrong, to look for an opportunity to please Him.

We then went to Piketberg and ministered there before we returned and then had to leave for the States.

Well, the Lord blessed us to do the YWAM DTS course, for 3 months in the States, through someone who has been on both the Greece and China outreach with us. We are so blessed as we know that the Lord has dealt with us for nearly 2 years to multiply and we have been standing in faith for a long time for His direction and guidance and especially His provision. This is for the purpose to start taking what we have learned and train others to evangelize to the lost and also to take people on outreaches.

Charles Spurgeon said: "The only real argument against the Bible is an unholy life. When a man argues against the Word of God, follow him home, and see if you cannot discover the reason of his enmity to the Word of the Lord. It lies in some form of sin. He whom God sends cares nothing at all about human wisdom, so as to fawn upon it and flatter it; for he knows that 'the world by wisdom knew not God'; and that human wisdom is only another name for human folly."
