Greetings in the Precious name of Jesus.
We pray that 2005 will be a year of overflow of God's intimacy, goodness,
mercy, prosperity, health and favor for all of you.
We are presently in Outjo and is on our way to Ruacana
(Near the Angolan border).
The holiday season was quite lonesome for us, far
away from our friends, family and brothers and sisters in Christ. Though
we managed with the fellowship and communion with the Holy Spirit, local
brothers and sisters and some sms's.
The Lord showed His passion for lost souls as He burned
it more and more in our hearts during the times that we were busy with
office work, etc. in a particular ministry. We knew that it is very
important to serve wherever.
We continually did street evangelism in Swakopmund.
A funny situation arose when a huge prisoner from a group who was working
in the municipal gardens suddenly jumped out in front of us and shouted,
"Hey man! Do you know Rocini?" Len immediately replied, "No
man, but do you know Jesus." This caused a marvelous opportunity
to preach to the whole group.
More than 70 people committed their lives to the Lord
during street evangelism and prison ministry during the December holidays.
There was such an awesome anointing in the Walvis Bay male prison as
loads of prisoners received salvation and backsliders recommitted their
lives to the Lord.
While doing street evangelism, a 77 year old man called
Gawie wanted to accept the Lord right there and then on a busy street
corner.
Feedback
We received feedback from a dear brother, Dawie Steyn,
that on one of our township outreaches, after laying hands on a lame
girl that she recently started to receive feeling in her feet and stomach.
Please agree with us for complete healing. Thank You Jesus!
The ladies in the prison who prayed the salvation
prayer, started a daily Bible study. We also donated some Word based
magazines (and organized a monthly subscription of the same magazine)
to them when we visited them again.
We have spent a couple of days in the Namib desert,
seeking guidance for our next destination, therefore we are on our way
to Ruacana.
We were blessed by people to spend 4 days in Etosha
Park. 'OH!' What a blessing this was!
Thank you again for everybody who supported us, prayed
for us, financed us (any amount matters), accommodated us during the
December holidays.
Remember: "Don't TRY to please God, rather yield
to Him" - He will do the rest.
Please visit our website, www.travelmissions.org
to see some photos of our latest experiences. For those of you that
might have missed a few, our old newsletters are now also available
for viewing on our website.
Please keep on praying for us.
In His service
Len and Jono
