Dear Brothers and Sisters

We trust and pray that this year, 2007, will be the greatest year as yet for you and your family. We believe that this year will be a year of divine revelation, great anointing and awesome intimacy with the Lord like never before.

We are presently in Cape Town, SA, since December. The time in Cape Town is great and we had a lot of time to relax, or R&R (Rest and Relaxation), as Jono says. We also had the opportunity of sharing, teaching, edifying and comforting on a weekly basis since our arrival in Cape Town.

Israel was an awesome experience that nobody, but nobody can buy in this world or any bible school could offer. Israel is a place to experience, not with just a 2 week tour, but a couple of months will reveal the true spiritual state of Israel, the Jews, the Arabs, the Christians and you. We must realize that Jerusalem is the history and also the future and also is the most attacked by the enemy. The realness of God’s Word are reflected from all the evidence that still exist from as far as 4500 years ago. We can say with authority that the person who says that they don’t believe in the Bible, are ignorant. There is infallible evidence in Israel to prove the history of the Bible and confirming it by archaeology, thus we can sincerely say that the whole Bible has been based on indisputable facts.

We have met wonderful people as well as very strange people in Israel and we have also found that the religious spirit in Jerusalem is one of the strongest spirits that we have come across and dealt with. We had many opportunities to share the Gospel as we were involved in some outreaches at the sea of Galilee and could even share the Gospel with some other believers in one of the busiest streets in Jerusalem, Ben Yehuda. We have handed out tracts and books but after many refusals we realized that if we leave a tract or a book at the bus stops etc, then they take it without anybody noticing it.

One of the highlights of Israel was that we walked with a wooden cross around the old city of Jerusalem. This was always the desire of our hearts – to walk with a physical cross like one of our role-models, Arthur Blessit. This 12 ft cross was extremely heavy, but the awesome spiritual experience to walk with a cross where Jesus walked was more overwhelming than to think about the discomfort of carrying it. We have experienced lots of persecution from a lot of Christians telling us not to share the Gospel in Israel. By the Jews we were spat at, sweared at, mocked; and manipulated by the Arabs, etc.

The sad thing of the Jews is that most of them has been indoctrinated since birth that Jesus is not the Messiah, but we also know that the Word of God is as hard as a hammer that can break a rock and it is not by power, nor by might, but by My Spirit says the Lord.

One thing we want to emphasize is that every single item for the 3rd temple to be rebuilt has been prepared, including the last things like the sudden finding of the thought-to be extinct mollusk used for the dying of the priests’ robe and even the risky finding of the anointing oil found under the temple mount. Thus we want to say that the Jews are waiting for the opportunity to start rebuilding the temple. We also, brothers and sisters, as the body of Christ must realize that the Glorious Appearing of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ is near and we all must seek Him for His will in our lives and start getting active and playing our part in reaching out to the lost in this dying world.

We will be ministering in PE for a while and are seeking God’s direction for Namibia early this year.

We desire to fulfill the call of Mark 16:15 to “Go onto the entire world and preach the Gospel” and we also desire for you to fulfill that call as well.
