Hi everyone,

We are back in India. We thank our Lord, Jesus Christ that we are safe, healthy and that He has protected us throughout this time. It was a very tiring process to travel day and night in busses and trains in very uncomfortable positions but even in this time there were opportunities to share the Gospel.

First let us share what happened in China. We left Vietnam by bus and reached the border by midday. As we were part of a group of people on the way to Nanning, China, we realized that our passports were separated from the others and left aside. When the officials finished with everyone on our bus another busload of people arrived. There was still no urgency regarding our passports and every time we asked them what the delay was they commanded us to sit. Eventually our bus left us.

After quite a while the officials called us separately into a room and started to search through every centimeter of our clothes and belongings. Every little paper was read and questioned….then they found our tracts. We had hundreds in our bags but every time they found a new bundle we just waved it off and said it’s what people gave us (the truth). We kept on praying in silence and could see that they were not bothered by the tracts. After about 2 hours of questioning and searching, they released us. At that same time an American appeared and we felt a strong urge to minister to him.

It went smooth at the China side and we could see that the Lord gave us favor and nobody even searched anything to our amazement. We then got into another bus and reached our destination safely. We had a opportunity the next day to minister to the American and luckily he brought a local friend with and we could discuss the Way and the Truth and the realness of Jesus with them for hours. We are not sure if the whole ordeal at the border was just a attack from the enemy or a delay from the Lord to have a Devine Appointment with Brat and his friend but Rom 8:28 say: we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

We were very cautious to share the Gospel with people but had a couple of opportunities. The rest of our near month in China we placed tracts everywhere and handed some to people when the Holy Spirit prompted us to do so. It is not easy placing the tracts as there are cameras and police everywhere… and I mean everywhere!

Once in a town called Kunming, we saw a small little Cathedral and immediately as we walked onto the property, 3 fficials appeared out of nowhere and just stood there "looking" around. We were cautious and maybe a little bit paranoid as we saw someone following us. One o'clock in the morning we heard hammering at our door and people shouting that they want to see our passports. We refused to open the door and told them to come back in the morning. Early that morning we left this town….

We met an American missionary that operates in Hong Kong and we are sure that this was a Devine Appointment for the future. There are very few religious people in China and found most to be atheists. We personally say that it is an awesome ready harvest……

China was extremely cold and we had to face snow and rain. There was such a struggle getting bus and train tickets as we entered China’s New years and holiday festival but thanks to the Lord we managed. It is nearly 6 months since we first arrived in India and truly feel a little bit tired and spiritually dry. Our lights are still shining but can sense that our passion and zeal are not on a high at this moment. We have established good contacts in Tibet and will definitely use this in our next travel to China and Tibet. China is very expensive and our budget, unfortunately was not sufficient to stay any longer.

We desire to fulfill the call of Mark 16:15 to “Go onto the entire world and preach the Gospel” and we also desire for you to fulfill that call as well. Your donation will aid us as we preach the Gospel in remote and unreached areas, impact others who will in turn impact others who will impact all generations worldwide with the truth and power of the Gospel. All gifts, great or small, will be appreciated.

Thank you for your prayers and support.
